Delivery Methods

Logistics Partners:

  • Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, Yamato Transport (Taiwan Main Island only)

  • Convenience Store Pickup: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (Available on Taiwan Main Island and Offshore Islands)

Home Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 days

  • Service Area: Taiwan Main Island only

Convenience Store Pickup

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 days

  • Service Area: Taiwan Main Island and Offshore Islands

Shipping Notice

  • Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the order date (excluding the order date and public holidays).

  • Delivery time is Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. No deliveries on weekends or national holidays.

  • During holidays or in the case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.

For Home Delivery:

  • Actual delivery schedule will depend on the route and arrangement of the delivery driver.

For Convenience Store Pickup:

  • Please check your SMS notifications and pick up the package within 7 days after arrival.

  • Failure to collect the package may result in shipping fee losses, which will be borne by the customer.
