Returns & Exchanges Policy
一、「交易注意事項」
1. Transaction Notices
依《消費者保護法》規定,網路購物享有 7 日鑑賞期(非試用期)權益。
According to the Consumer Protection Act, online purchases are entitled to a 7-day hesitation (appreciation) period (not a trial period).商品需為全新狀態,含完整包裝與附件,方可退換貨。
Products must be in brand-new condition with complete packaging and accessories to be eligible for return or exchange.商品數量有限,加入購物車不代表完成訂購。若他人先完成訂單,系統會通知該商品已售完。
Product availability is limited. Adding items to the cart does not reserve them. If another customer completes the purchase first, you will be notified.本網站可對特定商品設定單次購買數量限制。重複下單者僅以單次數量為出貨依據。
The website may impose quantity limits per consumer. Repeated orders will only be fulfilled within that limit.運費另計,僅在符合優惠條件時由本公司吸收。退貨若造成條件不符,將從退款中扣除原運費。
Shipping is charged separately. If conditions for free shipping are no longer met due to returns, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
二、「退換貨須知」
2. Return & Exchange Instructions
商品須保持未使用、未下水、未清洗,並保留完整包裝與配件。
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories.鑑賞期從收到商品「次日」起算 7 天(例如:1/1 收貨,需在 1/2~1/8 提出申請)。
The hesitation period starts the day after receiving the product and lasts for 7 days (e.g., receive on 1/1, apply between 1/2–1/8).請透過 LINE@ 提出申請,並提供損壞照片(若有)以利後續處理。
Submit your return/exchange request via LINE@ and provide photos of any damages if applicable.海外購物不適用 7 日鑑賞期。
Overseas orders are not eligible for the 7-day hesitation period.
三、「無法辦理退換貨之情況」
3. When Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
商品已拆封、使用、清洗或有污損者。
If the product is opened, used, washed, or damaged.缺少原出貨內容(主體、配件、文件等)或包裝損壞者。
If any parts, accessories, or documentation are missing or damaged.超過 7 日鑑賞期才提出申請者。
Requests made after the 7-day hesitation period.
四、「換貨」
4. Exchange Process
若收到錯誤商品,請儘速與客服聯繫並提供以下資料:

欲更換商品資訊(名稱、款式等)/ Product you wish to exchange (name, style, etc.)
※ 非瑕疵或錯誤寄送之換貨,郵資需由消費者自行負擔。
※ For non-defective/exchange requests unrelated to errors, shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
